Biography of Sunderapandian, an apostle of Christ from India

"Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders and mighty deeds"

(II Cor.12:12)

This website is dedicated to the Apostles of Christ. Many of them about whom you may now read here have already entered glory.

Even now, there are apostles in our midst whom we may not recognize. An apostle is one who is appointed by God, in the first place, in the body of Christ (I Cor.12: 28) and who is being sent by God on a mission of preaching the glorious gospel to the lost souls in places where Christ is not named and of establishing churches in such places; they ordain ministers and elders in the churches (2 Cor.10: 16 & Acts 16:4-5). They also confirm the souls of the disciples and exhort them to continue in the faith (Acts 14:22). They visit the people in those places where they have already preached the gospel to see how they are growing in the faith (Acts 15:36). They also deal with the doctrinal issues, which confuse the churches by rightly interpreting the Word (Acts 15:36).

A great servant of God had lived in the Tirunelveli District of Tamil Nadu and served Christ Jesus as His apostle. His name is Sunderapandian. Hardly is he known in the Christian world, even in his own state of Tamil Nadu, India.

Sunderapandian, though born in a Christian family, was searching for the truth. He became a devout Hindu and searched for the truth. The way he repented of his sins and accepted Jesus Christ should open the eyes of many people who pretend to have received the salvation experience.

This website portrays the life and ministry of Sunderapandian. Hardly is he known in the Christian world, even in his own state of Tamil Nadu, India. His life and ministry (20-5-1935 to 3-7-2003) do really challenge us in these days when apostasy and lethargy are ruling the roost in most of the churches of God today. The people of God covet miracles and healings but do not perform their duties in His vineyard.

You can read his biography, chapter-wise.
